Three services — one shared commitment
Every Softveil service is built around the same principle: that good care fits the person, not the schedule. Here's what we offer and how each arrangement works.
← Back to HomeHow every care arrangement starts
Initial Conversation
We listen to what the family needs — the situation, the senior's preferences, and any concerns about starting outside care.
Care Assessment
We assess the senior's daily routine, physical needs, and communication style to identify the most suitable service and caregiver.
Caregiver Introduction
We introduce a matched caregiver and allow time for a gradual, comfortable start rather than an abrupt change in routine.
Ongoing Review
Care plans are reviewed at regular intervals and adjusted based on feedback from the senior, the caregiver, and the family.
Hourly Drop-In Care
Flexible, on-demand visits for families who need occasional support rather than a fixed schedule. A trained aide arrives for one to three hours to assist with specific tasks — bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, or simply keeping company. Scheduling is arranged with at least twenty-four hours notice, and visits can be adjusted week by week.
- Personal hygiene and bathing assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance eating if needed
- Medication reminders at scheduled times
- Companionship and light social engagement
- Adaptable schedule — adjusted weekly as needed
Starting from
NT$6,900
Health Tracking & Family Reports
A monitoring-focused service where a trained aide visits regularly to observe and document the senior's physical and emotional condition. This includes tracking vital signs, appetite patterns, sleep quality, mobility changes, and general disposition. Observations are compiled into clear, straightforward reports shared with the family on a weekly basis.
- Regular observation of vital signs and physical condition
- Appetite, sleep, and mobility tracking each visit
- Weekly written summaries emailed to family
- Immediate flag and contact for health concerns
- Ideal for families who cannot be present daily
Starting from
NT$13,100
Dedicated Personal Caregiver
A long-term care arrangement built around a single, carefully matched caregiver who becomes a trusted part of the senior's daily life. This dedicated professional handles all aspects of home care — personal hygiene, meals, medication, housekeeping, outings, and companionship — with deep familiarity of the individual's preferences and needs.
- All aspects of daily personal and home care
- Consistent schedule with the same caregiver
- Genuine rapport developed over time
- Monthly family consultation and care plan review
- Accompaniment on outings and appointments
Starting from
NT$45,600
