How do you match a caregiver with our loved one?

We begin with a conversation — learning about your loved one's personality, daily habits, health needs, and preferences. From there, we suggest a caregiver whose background and temperament we believe will be a good fit. You're welcome to share feedback, and we'll adjust if needed. The match is never rushed.

What areas of Taipei do you serve?

We currently serve families across Taipei and surrounding districts, including Neihu, Shilin, Zhongshan, Songshan, and Da'an. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please call or send us a message — we're happy to let you know directly.

How much notice do I need to arrange a visit?

For drop-in care visits, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. For ongoing or dedicated care arrangements, we typically recommend allowing several days for proper matching and scheduling. We do our best to accommodate urgent situations — please contact us directly if timing is a concern.

Can we change or cancel the service later?

Yes. We understand that care needs evolve. Drop-in visits can be adjusted week by week. Longer-term arrangements include monthly care plan reviews where schedules and services can be modified. We'll always work with you to find something that continues to make sense for your family.

Are the weekly health reports easy to understand?

Yes — they're written in plain, clear language for family members, not medical professionals. Each report covers the senior's general condition, observations from the week, and any items worth noting. If anything requires closer attention, your case coordinator will contact you directly rather than just leaving it in a report.

What happens if our regular caregiver is unavailable?

We maintain a team of trained caregivers who are briefed on our clients' needs and preferences. If your regular caregiver is unavailable due to illness or leave, we'll arrange a suitable replacement and let you know in advance. Continuity and advance communication are both priorities for us.
